Efficiency
Thanks to the long wheelbase design, the longitudinal stability of whole truck is much better, the hoisting capacity at same lift height are enhanced by an average of 100KG compared with former truck. At the same time, it prolongs work time of rear wheel as the reduced rear axle’s load.

The travel speed of truck has been raised, for example, the 2-2.5T type comes to 20km/h.

Increasing the hard proportion of hydraulic pipe, adopting right angle connector or straight through connector, that reduce the pressure loss of pipeline, and raise the lifting speed of mast, the speed is increased by an average of 10% compared with former truck.

Battery Control
Over 50% of all electric lift trucks bought today three-wheellers and they have greatest range of applications, from running for just 1/2 a hort at a time to working three full shifts a day.

The J series uses only the best European control system. Smaller trucks with less demanding work patterns are fitted with market leading ZAPI DC SEM controllers.

For heavier-duty trucks it makes sense to select the Danaher AC controllers which optimize battery power, particularly helpful on ramps and long runs as well as high lifts.

Driver’s Compartment
The J series’ design pays great attention to the driver zone: a strong grab handle is provided, with a large low step for easy access. A clear footwell with well-placed pedals gives plenty of room for large feet and helps the driver work safely. The simple, concise instrument panel is less distracting yet still offers a comprehensive warning system.

Hydraulic levers can be mounted on either the scuttle or beside the battery, allowing access from either side.

The standard Grammer GS12 semi-suspension seat is a clear benefit for longer shifts or mature operators and gives comfortable support.

Drive train
The incorporation of ZF developed components, including finely engineering helical gears, assures low noise, high quality and a longer service life.

For heavy-duty application the AC system and brushless motors with minimum servicing is ideal for long cycle, ramps and high lifts.

SEM drive motor provides more advanced control feature. The ZAPI controller control the traveling, lifting, tilting and steering action.

Twin DC or AC motors are readily accessible from either the front or above, minimizing service time.

Electronics
DC or AC – the choice is yours
The ultimate in DC control is the ZAPI high frequency MOSFET microprocessor, coupled with separately excited motors (SEM) to give the truck smooth can be imposed and more than 30 performance characteristics can be adjusted. An excellent system for smaller trucks with a medium workload.

AC technology is better suited to heavy-duty applications. The use of current is optimized and AC ,motors are brushless, which minimizes servicing. Motors can be very protected against the water and dust. Roll-back is almost eliminated and higher travel speeds are attainable. Both systems are fully adjustable to suit the load, the working area and the operator. In built diagnostics record intermittent faults and service requirements reducing expensive service time.

The choice is between ZAPI DC control originating in Italy or Danaher AC systems produced in Sweden.

Controller
New Multi-Display employed full-dotted LCD is located on the steering column to improve visibility and manipulate-ability. Well fitted with convenient functions, such as battery level indicator, truck operation records, passwords entry and so on. While traveling, displays travel speed and BDI (Battery Discharge Indicator), while stopping, displays clock, Multi-display shows appropriate information under various situations. CURTIS or DANAHER MOTION made high-frequency controller incorporates a powerful microprocessor together with MOSFET power electronics. It controls all truck movements precisely with high energy efficiency at low noise level- from smooth, sensitive inching to powerful acceleration and regenerative braking.

The new controller also offers sophisticated communication facilities and built-in diagnostics to reduce downtime. All electronics are housed inside the chassis body to protect them from external damage.

DC Power System
SEM drive motor provides more advanced control features. The CURTIS controller controls the traveling, lifting, titling and steering action. It is an excellent system for a medium workload and cheaper.

Soft Landing Lift Cylinder

During lowering fork with no load, fork speed is reduced just before touching ground to avoid collision noise with ground. The operator and those working near the forklift will appreciate the reduced noise.

Battery We have changed battery’s location. Battery is dropped down to the lowest part of frame. This concept gives truck firm stability while it is traveling. By using relocating the battery under the cover hood, it reduces operator fatigue and makes the truck’s overall dimension smaller.

BULIT-IN DURABILITY
Designed to long life or more of heavy-duty use, the H series stacker is robust and reliable even in extreme conditions.

The lift truck style mast won't distort or corrode and the rollers are skid resistant, resulting in smooth operation even if service is overdue.

Vibration-proof connections to the electronic controller reduce the likelihood of intermittent faults and a damped shock absorber system reduces the vibrations transmitted to the driver to a minimum, even on rough ground.

ADJUSTABLE ELECTRONICS
The state-of-the-art CURTIS SEM MOSFET controller represents the latest in performance and speed adjustment.

Over 30 parameters can be set to suit the performance to the type of load, the site conditions and to the operator's experience. Truck data is recorded to help track down intermittent faults, reducing costly diagnostic time.

Only high quality components such as contactors, micro-switch, plug and power-off switch are used so as to increase reliability.

Electronic systems are carefully protected within the chassis body, safe from external damage.

The New H series Electric Reach Truck, 1.2-1.6 ton, apart from its excellent performance, is also very economical. The reach trucks are used wherever space is confined and where heavy loads are to be raised to high lift heights.

1. The drive's compartment, through generous dimensioning, provides the driver with a comfortable body position. The excellent all-around visibility and the low noise level add to the ease of working.

2.The operator compartment incorporates controls for hydraulic functions, direction control, horn, lights and handbrake, all within convenient reach of the operator. Padded armrest, rubber floor mat and resin coated control knobs ensure comfort for daylong operation. The tilt of the steering column can be freely adjusted to any degree.

3.Curtis made Multi-function instrument, together with the multi display monitor provide information and function input to the operator to allow optimum performance and operator confidence.

4.Drive and hydraulic control fitted as standard. MOSFET CHOPPER, Power transistors with high impulse frequencies control the motors in an energy saving and noiseless manner. The drive control permits jerk-free starting and a strong acceleration. Adjustable energy feedback on releasing the drive pedal through regenerative braking.

5.The chassis design and steering geometry provide an outstanding turning radius of 1675mm and reach stroke of 602mm (1.4 ton model). The steering angle of 90 in each direction further enhances maneuverability. These specifications ensure improved safety clearances in confined spaced with high loading.

6.Low noise, less pollution and energy saving, these features all satisfied with environment protection.

7. Drive and electronics cover may be opened quickly and easily for servicing and maintenance work. The service access door on the truck provides excellent access to the major service components. All motors, drive gearbox, pumps, brakes and steering are easily accessible.
